​泉溢有限公司成立於2000年，由董事總經理潘立明先生創立。公司創立之初專注於香港市場的大米業務，隨著業務逐步拓展，2003年成功開拓中國珍珠米進入新加坡市場；2005年在新加坡合作伙伴的指引下，開啓越南大米出口至香港的業務；2007年將美國珍珠米引入香港市場。2012年開始進入柬埔寨，其後，公司涉足泰國大米出口的業務，並於2015年拓展巴基斯坦大米進入國内市場。2016年，引進台灣珍珠米至香港及中國内地；2017年，成功涉足緬甸大米出口貿易領域；2018年開始經營印度大米。

二十多年來，潘先生始終致力於將中國原產的優質大米推廣至香港及海外市場，同時在東南亞建立起良好的產區優勢，在新品種開發及開拓新市場方面全力以赴。目前，公司主要業務範圍涵蓋採購與銷售中國、越南、柬埔寨、緬甸、巴基斯坦的大米，進而在國際和國内進行分銷。過去數年，泉溢有限公司一直位居越南大米和柬埔寨對中國出口的十大採購商行列。通過多年緊密合作，公司與廣東客戶成功建立起互信共贏的經營模式，業務量每年穩居中國進口米商前三甲之位。

Mr. Pun Lap Ming is the Managing Director and the founder of Quan Yi Co. Ltd., a company established in 2000 with a focused vision of revolutionizing the rice industry. Under his leadership, the company initially concentrated on the Hong Kong rice market, and through strategic planning and execution, it has evolved into a key player in international rice trade. Mr. Pun entrepreneurial foresight became evident when, in 2003, he successfully introduced Chinese pearl rice to the Singapore market, marking the company's first international expansion. In 2005, following close collaboration with partners in Singapore, he superheaded the export of Vietnamese rice to Hong Kong. His continued drive for growth saw the introduction of American pearl rice to the Hong Kong market in 2007 and a subsequent expansion into Thai rice exports. In 2015, recognizing new opportunities, Quan Yi Co. Ltd. diversified into the domestic market with the addition of Pakistani rice, followed by Taiwanese pearl rice in 2016, extending its reach to both Hong Kong and mainland China. The company's success continued with the inclusion of Burmese rice in 2017 and Indian rice in 2018.

For over two decades, Mr. Pun has demonstrated a tireless commitment to promoting high-quality rice, especially varieties originating from China, across both Hong Kong and international markets. His strategic positioning in Southeast Asia has allowed him to establish strong partnerships in key production regions, ensuring a steady supply of premium rice products. Mr. Pun's innovative approach to business development and market expansion has consistently kept Quan Yi Co. Ltd. at the forefront of the industry. The company has been recognised as one of the top three rice importers in China, and for the past several years, it has been one of the top ten purchasers of Vietnamese and Cambodian rice exported to China. His ability to foster long-term relationships with Guangdong customers through a model of mutual trust has solidified Quan Yi Co. Ltd.'s standing as a leader in rice importation.
